Today I had a good day. I was really stressed at workand when I got home I had a little treat and haven't let it go any further than that! Big accomplishment for me!
Last night we went for Chinese food and I had noodle soup with bbq pork and a couple of pieces of lemon chicken. It was so good and after my walk I really deserved it!
Today I planned ahead and did well:
1 cup corn bran and 1 cup skim milk
1 fresh okanagan peach =) and a Fibre 1 bar
Chicken salad sandwich and a carrott
fresh okanagan cherries and 1 portion of edam cheese
Dinner tonight is going to be scrambled egg whites and some edam and gouda cheese mixed in and ww bread toast and then we are off to the pitch and putt for some exercise!
