Today is the beginning of something new and hopefully very exciting! Today I stop feeling sorry for myself and start doing something about it. Once upon a time I lost 40 lbs. and then gained it all back. I have learned so much about healthy eating and exercise from weight watchers, it just seems to be sticking with it that is the problem. My huaband and I would like to start a family next year and when we do I would like to be a healthy 140lbs.
My challenge to myself is to blog my daily eating, exercise and wahatever else comes to mind! I am hoping this will help me keep motivated and honest! I have been following a couple blogs from fellow weight watchers and I am hoping it has the same effects for me!
Today, Sunday July 19th I am an unhealthy 168.5 for the last time. Let's see what I can do when I stick with it
