So far, so good. I am blogging now so I can avoid the over eating when I am home alone! I have about 30 minutes along before he gets home and that seems to be when I get in the most trouble....
Today I ate:
Breakfast - 1 cup corn bran with 1 cup skim milk
Snack - 1/2 cup yogurt with raspberries
Lunch - chicken salad sandwich on weight watchers bread and a nectarine
Snack - apple and a single potion on baldersons cheese (I love costco)
Snack at home - 100 calorie coffee crisp
Dinner - yet to be announced as we are going out with my inlaws, shouldn't be too bad
As for exercise, I haven't don any yet. I will be walking to my inlaws which takes between 55 and 60 minutes. The sun is shining and it is going to be a beautiful walk! Can't wait!
