I hate TOM! I let it rule what I am eating. I have been snacking and eating crud all day long! It started last night when I got over hungry adn ended up not sticking to the subway. We ate at home because we were waiting for our friends to tell us they weren't coming. Somedays my husband just doesn't get it....thinking I could wait until 8 to eat...."just have a snack" to which I replied "with what points?" So I ate chips and Mr. Noodles...not even close to healthy.
Today I was good up until lunch...I ate my same cereal and had a peach, raspberries and 3 teaspoons of yogurt for a snack and my sandwich was good but being over tired and PMSing so I went to the store to get a coke zero and ended up with that, baked cheetos and some chocolate. I am eating baked cheetos as I type. For dinner we had a potatoe salad and steak and then my husband went golfing with my bother. I am going to go for a walk with my dad (58 and in great shape).
I hope I can pull this back together so I don't blow the whole week!
I forgot, I also had a drum stick icecream at the fireworks =p
