I am up and rearing to go. I have already been to get a pedicure and it was so nice! I love getting pretty toes! This weekend I am concentrating on drinking water and eating regularly...just because it's the weekend doesn't mean I have to eat crazy =) I know it won't always go perfectly but I am going to try. Next weekend is going to be a real challenge and we are going out of town to my inlaws boat...I am going to try to plan as best as I can and just nt buy the crap. We will be in the okanagan with tons of beautiful fresh fruit! mmmmmmmm!
Today I got on the scale and was please to see I had lost .9 lbs, I am not 167.6. Next week I will have to weight in on Thursday before I go.
Really looking forward to the fireworks tonight! We are sticking to plan and getting subway and my little bag of chips. I am going to take some twizzlers as a treat and that is it! There will be no icecream purchased!

Better Late Than Never
Well I was really busy today. I stayed a bit late at work and then we ate quickly and went and walked the seawall! It was amazing, the weather had cleared up beautifully and we had a great pace going. Managed to get around in 1 hour 25 minutes. I love a good walk!
I am not going to post my meals but more what I am thinking and if I find something really good or really bad =) This week I basically managed to stay off the scale. For some reason I jumped on just before we left for our walk, not sure why but I did. I am looking forward to tomorrows weigh in, I wasn't perfect but there should be some loss especially with the 2 awesome walks I have had in the last 2 days!
I am really looking forward to going to the firworks tomorrow and I am planning on staying on track. I must try and get my water in over the week, I seem to forget about it on Saturday and Sunday. I am also going to make a conscious effort to eat regularly so I don't have to work to get rid of the weight I gain over the week. I really need to work on these being permanant changes.....for the rest of my life.

?
I hate TOM! I let it rule what I am eating. I have been snacking and eating crud all day long! It started last night when I got over hungry adn ended up not sticking to the subway. We ate at home because we were waiting for our friends to tell us they weren't coming. Somedays my husband just doesn't get it....thinking I could wait until 8 to eat...."just have a snack" to which I replied "with what points?" So I ate chips and Mr. Noodles...not even close to healthy.
Today I was good up until lunch...I ate my same cereal and had a peach, raspberries and 3 teaspoons of yogurt for a snack and my sandwich was good but being over tired and PMSing so I went to the store to get a coke zero and ended up with that, baked cheetos and some chocolate. I am eating baked cheetos as I type. For dinner we had a potatoe salad and steak and then my husband went golfing with my bother. I am going to go for a walk with my dad (58 and in great shape).
I hope I can pull this back together so I don't blow the whole week!
I forgot, I also had a drum stick icecream at the fireworks =p

Fireworks!
Tonight is the start of the Symphony of Fire! We are going to head down early and have subway in the park!
Last night's golf was better then the last but we were only able to get 13 holes in before it got too dark to see the ball. I earned 5AP with that 2 1/2 hours. I added a glass of milk to my dinner last night and then had a twizzler when I got home.
Today I ate:
1 cup corn bran and 1 cup skim milk
1 peach and fibre one bar
ham, cheese and pickle sandwich and a carrot
1 apple and single serving cheese
1 serving cheese (gouda), 100 cal aero
Dinner tonight as I said before will be a 6" ham sub from subway and a small bag of chips (Mrs. Vicki's small bags are only 5 points!). We park about 1/2 an hour away and walk in so that should help with the activity today as we walk pretty fast and carry chairs and backpacks =)

Sticking With It
Today I had a good day. I was really stressed at workand when I got home I had a little treat and haven't let it go any further than that! Big accomplishment for me!
Last night we went for Chinese food and I had noodle soup with bbq pork and a couple of pieces of lemon chicken. It was so good and after my walk I really deserved it!
Today I planned ahead and did well:
1 cup corn bran and 1 cup skim milk
1 fresh okanagan peach =) and a Fibre 1 bar
Chicken salad sandwich and a carrott
fresh okanagan cherries and 1 portion of edam cheese
Dinner tonight is going to be scrambled egg whites and some edam and gouda cheese mixed in and ww bread toast and then we are off to the pitch and putt for some exercise!

Day 1
So far, so good. I am blogging now so I can avoid the over eating when I am home alone! I have about 30 minutes along before he gets home and that seems to be when I get in the most trouble....
Today I ate:
Breakfast - 1 cup corn bran with 1 cup skim milk
Snack - 1/2 cup yogurt with raspberries
Lunch - chicken salad sandwich on weight watchers bread and a nectarine
Snack - apple and a single potion on baldersons cheese (I love costco)
Snack at home - 100 calorie coffee crisp
Dinner - yet to be announced as we are going out with my inlaws, shouldn't be too bad
As for exercise, I haven't don any yet. I will be walking to my inlaws which takes between 55 and 60 minutes. The sun is shining and it is going to be a beautiful walk! Can't wait!

Here goes nothing!
Today is the beginning of something new and hopefully very exciting! Today I stop feeling sorry for myself and start doing something about it. Once upon a time I lost 40 lbs. and then gained it all back. I have learned so much about healthy eating and exercise from weight watchers, it just seems to be sticking with it that is the problem. My huaband and I would like to start a family next year and when we do I would like to be a healthy 140lbs.
My challenge to myself is to blog my daily eating, exercise and wahatever else comes to mind! I am hoping this will help me keep motivated and honest! I have been following a couple blogs from fellow weight watchers and I am hoping it has the same effects for me!
Today, Sunday July 19th I am an unhealthy 168.5 for the last time. Let's see what I can do when I stick with it
